Lead with Confidence. Grow with Purpose.
For the past decade, this conference has grown into the go-to place where community foundation practitioners come together for deeply practical, technical, and immediately actionable learning. While designed with small to mid-sized and rural foundations in mind, the conference warmly welcomes participants from foundations of every size. It’s all about equipping staff and board members with tools they can take home and use the very next day - useful, applicable, and immediately implementable.
Each year, this event brings together leaders, doers, and innovators from across the country to dig into what matters most for community foundations:
- Strengthening operations and finance
- Elevating donor services and development
- Mastering the technical details that keep foundations running smoothly
- Supporting strong governance and effective teams
- Tackling the unique challenges and opportunities of rural philanthropy
This conference delivers community, content, and confidence for the foundations that quietly power generosity in towns and regions across America. It’s where you come to lead with confidence and grow with purpose - and we’re honored to be your home for learning.
